The Parable of the Banguet

THE PARABLE OF THE BANQUET

Luke 14:15-24

 

The master prepared a big banquet and send his servant at supper time to said to them to come for everything is ready. But each one emerged  and begun to make empty excuses. So the servant told his master and the master was  angry and  said to his servant to go out to the streets and send invitation to the poor.

What  I am interested for about PNoy’s SONA is that I just want to know what benefit he is preparing for us teachers. Does he have long term plan that will benefit is in the Department? Every one wants benefit. Isn’t it?

Well, what benefit on the other hand we can get in serving the Lord? What we can gain on  it? Maybe the reason why the people of God are no longer excited is because we are don’t take time to listen to His long term plan for us. His Plan to prosper us and Give us good life.

Its so astonishing things to know that many people have so many excuses in coming to the Lord. Some are too busy to bother, Some are too  proud to repent, so each one emerged with their empty excuses.

The Lord said, everything is set, but the invited aren’t prepared. So he sent invitations to everyone who is willing. The Lord does not elect the qualifies but it is Him that qualifies the elect. All He need  is total submission and trust in Him that it is only the Lord that can make things right.

The Lord is inviting you to join and be involve in His kingdom. He prepared many blessings for you. But if you refuse, the Lord will not force you. You have total freedom of your own choice. But.. He will call another and you will lose your chance..

End of Days

‎..and you shall hear of wars, rumors of war: see to it that you are not troubled for all these things must come to pass but its not yet the end. For nation will rise against nation, and there shall be famine and pestilences and earthquakes in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. ( Matthew 24: 6-7)

  
After tensions of war happend in the Middle East, A tragic earthquake strucked Japan  with a magnitude of 8.9 shocked the whole world when it caused tsunami, a great waves that wiped away their houses, cars, bridges, and anything that comes its way. Its like watching a tragic movie. But its real.. real people, real lives put into danger live in the television.

  

   Why all this things happened?

This things must happened to fulfill the prophesy in the bible. Matthew 24 records Jesus longest statement about the future. Jesus gives direct clues to events that will precede His second coming. This really proves that we are already in the last days.  Almost half of the chapter consist of warnings that no one can predict the precise time of his coming. When Jesus comes, its like the time of Noah, in the days before the flood,people were drinking, eating and marrying and giving in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark and they knew  nothing what would happend until the flood came and took them away.

  Jesus is so near. So we must put priority with our spirituality other than material posessions. Even how busy we are, we need to pause for a while and seek the Lord's presence. We need to strenghthen our relationship with Him. Give time to read the word, meditate and pray. Dont allow distant relationship with God. Come closer because He is near.

Letter to the father

Dear God

    Since from the beginning you have chosen me. You knit me properly from my mother's womb. you prepared me for an extra ordinary purpose. You trained my hands like a skillful writer and set my mouth to speak your wisdom and instruction.

  I have trusted your direction and walk accordingly to your plan. I am totally dependent on you like a baby craving for milk. Your Love and mercy abounds on me.

   Yes.. I delight my self in you. I was happy to stay in your presence. I have dine with your table and drink your wine. I have tasted your goodness. I feel deep satisfaction on you.

   BUT... I have set my feet on a slippery ground when i started to trust my emotion. I gave in to my earthly desire and forget my calling as a soldier. My flesh is crying out for justice. I fought with my enemies like a man of no wisdom. I found alone in the battlefield, with heavy heart and crushed . I heared my enemies shouting for rejoice at my defeat.

    I am alone.. lost in purpose. Like a sheep ready to be slaughtered. I remember your comfort Lord. I want to go back to my father like a prodigal son. I know my Lord will not abandon me to the grave. Will you give me a second chance?

Let The Battle Begin

 I was having a dream. I saw a demonic army so large, it stretched that i could see. it was separated into divisions with each carrying a different banner. The most powerful divisions were pride, self righteousness, respectability, selfish ambition and unrighteous judgement, but the largest of all was jealousy. The leader of the vast army was satan himself. these were the vanguard of this terrible horde from hell that was now being released against the church.
   The weapons of these horde had names on them. The sword were named Intimidation, The spears were named treachery and their arrows were named accusations, gossip, slander and fault finding.
   Scouts and smaller companies of demons were named rejection, lust, unforgiveness were sent in advance of these army to prepare the main attack. I knew in my heart that the church had never faced anything like this before. The main assignment of these army was to bring division and attack all level of relationship. Parents against children, brother against brothers, husbands against wives, The scouts were sent to locate holes on churches, families, or individual of rejection, bitterness or lust that the enemy could exploit making a large breach for the divisions that were coming.
   But the most shocking part is that these horde does not ride on horses but on christians! Most of them look respectable, refined and educated. They were believers who had opened themselves to the power of darkness to the point the enemy could use them.
   I saw the storm clouds so dark. I think no one could ever escape that storm. The storm that is happening in the natural realm are reflections of what is happening in the spirit.
   These vast demonic forces are determine to assert its authority and ultimately take dominion on the whole earth.
   The body of christ most be prepare for this war in the spirit like an army prepare for battle. We must get rid of our excess baggage. No soldier in active service intangle himself in the affairs of daily life, so that he may please him who enthrusted him as soldier. ( 2 tim. 2:4)
